1. What is an Ebook?
   The term Ebook stands for electronic book. It is basically a book in digital form that can be read on your PC. They come in many formats including PDF, exe and Word.

2. Do I need any special software to read an Ebook?
   Most Ebooks can be read using the default software of your computer. For Ebooks in PDF format, you will need Acrobat Reader which can be obtained from www.adobe.com. Ebooks in Word format will require Microsoft Word. Many Ebooks come in exe format which can be read on any PC.
   You will also need extracting software such as Winzip ( www.winzip.com ) to unpack your purchase from the ZIP folder that it will arrive in.

3. Will I get an instant download of my purchase?
   Yes. After you have made your payment, you are then redirected to a page where you can download your purchase straight away.

6. Where do I find the link to download my eBook? and/or I haven't received the confirmation email or download info

   First, you can receive the download info via email. Here we take the PayPal payment for example. After pressing the "Confirm Order" button, you will be directed to PayPal. Upon successful transaction, you will go back to our store website and should see a message like " Thanks for your payment. The transaction was successful...". If you do not see this page, It is very likely you never completed the transaction. Make sure that you have cookies enabled for our site.

   Next (within minutes), some messages will be sent using the email address you specified in your original registration:

   • A notification message with the following text in the subject line: "store-name Purchase Order - #".
   • A receipt email from PayPal containing your order id and record of purchase.
   • A message with the following text in the subject line: "Download-Info" This message will contain a download ID and a link which should be clicked to begin the download.

   To ensure these important emails are received and you can access your digital product(s), please add "side-name.com" to your safe senders list or address book.

   Second, you can download your digital product(s) by logging into your account. Click "MY ACCOUNT" menu, then login. At the "Order Information" section, click 'view' link to see your order and order status. If your 'Order Status' is confirmed, then you can download the product by clicking the download link.
